Welcome! I am Kat James and it is an honor and privilege to connect with you here. 

My inner journey of a deep awareness of oneness began early in my life. I have a strong recollection of the presence of Grace while I was in utero, an awareness that has and continues to guide me.  I recall being regularly visited by beings from higher dimensions and having out of body and awakened oneness experiences. At that time, I received little support or acknowledgment from those around me. As a result, I learned to suppress my clairvoyance. It wasn’t until the birth of my son in my early college years that I was able to summon the courage to acknowledge my light, express my inner guidance, and dedicate myself to doing the ongoing work to fully heal and integrate from the inside outward.

My new relationship with life led me to become a licensed holistic health practitioner and body therapist. I studied and incorporated the formal healing techniques of energetic clearing, Qi Gong, as well as Reiki, Kriya Yoga, and more. My personal growth included a study of Buddhist Vipassana meditation and the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda. It was at a sacred temple in India where I met the embodied Source of Divine and through this physical manifestation came to the experiential realization that we are all One. This work allowed my heart to flourish and thrive and my intuitive awareness to fully return, this time with my voice attached. 

In 1999, I began my first healing practice, Skin to Soul®, which combined a variety of body work methods.  This practice evolved to include a private organic skin care line based on self-discovery through our chakras. In 2016, I launched DivineBodyandSoul®, the culmination of my life’s passion and purpose and one that acknowledges the higher energies and shift in paradigm occurring on our Earth at this time. This process deepened my awareness of how our own inner shifts allow us to live in more peaceful states and in so doing, return those gifts to our family and the world at large. This is where we truly experience the unfolding of heaven on earth.  

I am blessed to live with a loving and supportive wife, three beautiful children, and two fun and lively dogs. From this nurturing space, I am able to do my greatest work and offer back to others the awareness that a beautiful state is available to each one of us. 

Within the nurturing & wise hands of Katheryne James, I’ve experienced everything from deep somatic release, freedom from pain to the feeling of floating on a cloud.
